Fateh Entabi, MD scholarship to pursue high academic achievement in Science for people that live in the communities we serve: One person / $2000 Applicants for the scholarship must meet the following requirements:
Cumulative GPA of 3.9 or higher
Must intend on pursuing a post-graduate degree
Must write a personal essay describing yourself and your goals in 200 words or less, double- spaced.
If you essay is selected, be prepared for a mentorship interview with Dr. Entabi to discuss your topic and future plans.
